Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date.
Can I customize my balloon design?
Absolutely! You can choose colors, themes, and add-ons like vinyl lettering, acrylic signs, florals, greenery, or LED elements to match your event’s style.
Do you deliver and set up balloons?
Yes! We provide delivery and installation services to ensure your balloons look perfect. Additional fees may apply based on location and setup requirements
Do you offer outdoor balloon installations?
Yes, we can create stunning balloon installations for outdoor events. However, please note that weather conditions like wind, rain, and heat can affect their longevity.
How long will the balloons last?
Indoor setups can last several days or even weeks, depending on conditions.
Outdoor setups are more sensitive to heat, wind, and sun, and may last only a few hours to a day.
Can I move the balloon arrangement after setup?

How far in advance should I place my order?
